@@DeepakYPhake We have not tried the product on Acoustic material. If it is 5mm or less and the density is that of EVA, you should not have an issue.

The cutting head needs to swivel. This is how it makes the circles/ovals. Are you using the foot to step down? The foot should make 3 full rotations.

No it will not cut gypsum board. It is rated for Foamboard or EVA material.

It is possible, but very difficult. You would need to make sure you line up the second v-nail with the first perfectly.

If you order the 301, you can turn it around, and then your push-style cutter turns into a pull-style.

You would need to purchase the 702-1 bevel cutter. Then the Push style turns into the pull style.

If you are getting overcuts, it is usually due to too much blade exposure for your project.

Unfortunately, we discontinued this item some time ago. You would need to look for a 24TPI saw blade. At this time I am not sure where to buy in Europe.

Sometimes the guides can be too tight. You just need to loosen the screws, then place them back on the rail, and then tighten the screws back down. Please let me know if this worked for you.

Unfortunately, we do not have a video of the double mat version of the offset corner. You would follow the method for double matting except apply the same rules for the offset corners.
